He has worked in IT and operations since 2015 — moving from project and change management into IT project leadership, then building an IT department from the ground up as Director of IT for an eight-location grocery retailer. The throughline is making IT something the business can grow on. At that retailer, the work cut $24,000 a year in IT operating spend, brought two new locations online that together add $2–3M in annual revenue, and stood up a delivery channel contributing roughly $100,000 annually.
